Summary
ParkWest Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive to manage consultative sales engagements from prospecting through close. The role focuses on inbound and outbound pipeline management, discovery calls, proposal and SOW writing, CRM forecasting hygiene, and achieving quarterly bookings targets.
Responsibilities
- Run inbound and outbound pipeline through qualification, discovery, proposal, and close
- Lead discovery calls that get past surface-level pain into commercial reality
- Write proposals and SOWs in partnership with delivery leads
- Maintain CRM hygiene that the team can actually forecast off of
- Hit quarterly bookings quota with healthy win rate and cycle time
Skills
- 3+ years selling professional services or B2B software
- Strong discovery instincts — you ask better questions than the people you sell to
- Excellent writing — proposals, emails, mutual action plans
- Coachable, accountable, and competitive in the right way
- Experience selling brand, marketing, or technology services specifically
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and modern outbound tooling
