Summary
PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner develops and manages recruitment processes, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews and offers, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Assists in the job posting, advertising, and sourcing processes
- Screens applicants, schedules interviews, and selects and/or refers qualified candidates to managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies
