Summary
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter-Bridge to support its branch offices and internal recruitment operations. The role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining candidate pipelines and records, supporting hiring initiatives and events, and ensuring effective communication with branch and talent teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and proactive communication regarding weekly availability, including scheduled days and hours
- Attend huddles and team meetings as available
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with Talent Resources Team, Manager, and branch teams through email, Microsoft Teams as needed
- Source qualified candidates through applicant databases, online recruiting platforms, social media, employee referrals, cold calling, job fairs, and other recruiting activities
- Conduct candidate screening and evaluation activities, including resume reviews, phone screenings, interviews, and required pre-employment processes
- Accurately document candidate interactions, action items, and communication summaries within the applicant tracking system and employee database
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout different processes
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
