Job description

Summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter for a temporary position. The role involves supporting hiring and onboarding processes during a transition, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to start.

Responsibilities

  • Support high-volume recruiting efforts by sourcing and reviewing candidates
  • Keep job postings active, accurate, and up to date
  • Help maintain and grow relationships with campus pipelines and student candidates
  • Manage key onboarding steps such as background checks and drug screenings
  • Assist with student onboarding and entry processes as needed
  • Provide support across recruiting and HR operations during system testing and transition work
  • Help ensure a smooth, consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field
  • Associate's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field
  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field

Qualifications
