Job description

Summary

Social Scout is a retention agency serving eCommerce brands through email, SMS marketing, and expanding CRO and webpage design services. The Creative Strategist will lead high-volume B2B creative strategy and campaign execution, developing, launching, testing, and scaling Meta advertising campaigns to generate qualified client acquisition calls.

Responsibilities

  • High-Velocity Scripting & Concepting: Develop 60 ad creative concepts/variations weekly using modular testing frameworks (swapping hooks, CTAs, angles, and visual formats) tailored for Meta
  • Content & Production Management: Utilize our existing media library (founder studio footage, client interviews, B-roll) to brief video editors. Sourcing and managing relationships with external UGC creators and B2B actors as needed
  • Meta Campaign Setup & Launch: Upload, set up, and launch ad creatives directly inside Meta Ads Manager, ensuring accurate naming conventions, headlines, primary text, and campaign setups
  • Performance Analysis & Testing: Analyze front-end metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPL) and down-funnel performance. Continually iterate on winning angles and eliminate underperforming creative assets
  • Service Ecosystem Synergy: Work closely with our email marketing and upcoming CRO/webpage design teams to ensure ad messaging seamlessly connects with landing pages and backend nurture flows
  • Platform Expansion Strategy: Lead initial efforts on Meta while laying the foundation to repurpose winning creative formats into future channels like LinkedIn and Google

Skills

  • Fluent English required (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Performance Creative Strategist focused heavily on Meta Ads
  • Proven track record writing scripts and concepts for short-form video (Reels/UGC) and static graphics that drive direct-response conversions
  • Experience in high-volume creative testing environments, capable of managing asset pipelines and briefing video editors efficiently
  • Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, ad upload, ad copy execution, and metric tracking
  • Strong understanding of creative analytics: You know how to read Hook Rates (3-second view rates), Hold Rates, and CTRs to diagnose why an ad is winning or losing
  • Organized workflow management: Comfortable managing raw footage libraries, creator briefs, and editing queues without letting details slip through the cracks
  • A natural storyteller who understands psychology: You know how to stop the scroll, address pain points, and communicate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively
  • Data-driven and volume-minded: You understand that scaling on Meta requires constant creative iteration and rapid testing rather than relying on a single "perfect" ad
  • Detail-obsessed: From ad copy formatting and UTM links to upload settings in Meta Ads Manager, you hold high standards for accuracy and quality assurance
  • Proactive and execution-focused: You don't wait for footage to be delivered—you review existing raw assets, pull client interviews, write scripts, and push campaigns live efficiently
