Job description

Summary

Solenis is a global provider of water and hygiene solutions. The Key Account Manager Associate will support the Maine team by leading treatment program implementation, conducting customer service visits and testing, addressing technical issues, identifying account growth opportunities, training customer personnel, analyzing performance data, and reporting safety metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs
  • Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required
  • Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action, ensures the sales account manager is kept informed
  • Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
  • Ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility
  • Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs
  • Report safety metrics to customer

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree; or 2+ years relevant industrial experience
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • 2 years+ of experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facility
  • Within a commutable distance to the Maine area
