Responsibilities
- Connecting with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and video
- Conducting virtual policy reviews and identifying coverage opportunities
- Recommending auto, home, life, and health insurance solutions based on customer needs
- Following up with warm and cold leads to generate new business
- Building long-term client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service
- Educating customers in a clear, professional, and relatable way
- Managing your sales pipeline and following up with prospects consistently
- Working toward individual and agency sales goals
- Collaborating with the Agent and team to identify growth opportunities
- Representing the agency with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Skills
- 1+ year of sales experience with measurable results
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- A history of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Confidence speaking with customers and asking for the sale
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-discipline and the ability to stay productive in a remote environment
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Comfort working with CRM systems, video meetings, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or the willingness to obtain them within 30 days
- Competitive without losing sight of the customer
- Motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential
- Comfortable taking ownership of your results
- Someone who enjoys talking with people and building relationships
