Inbound Phone Sales - Automotive Parts

Summary

Summit Racing Equipment is seeking motivated team members to support automotive customers. The Inbound Phone Sales role assists customers with selecting automotive parts, sells products, and offers upsells and cross-sells while delivering excellent customer service from home.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone with selecting the right products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers
• Phone Sales Agents sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs

Skills

• Applicants must have a genuine automotive interest, a high level of attention to detail, capability to deliver exceptional service, and a knack for problem-solving
• Candidates must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee or Texas
• A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in your house to work from
• Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
• Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet
• Ability to communicate clearly both with internal and external customers
• Willingness to “go to work” for our customers
• Existing high-speed connection required
• Any experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior careers within the automotive industry is highly desired and should be noted in your application
