MSP Recruiter

Summary

The MSP Recruiter sources, screens, and submits qualified IT talent while managing the full recruiting cycle, maintaining talent pipelines, and meeting customer KPIs and SLAs in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MSP Engagement Managers by sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT talent for open positions
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with customer workforce plans
• Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing (internal database, referrals, job boards, social media), phone screens, rate negotiation, VMS submission requirements, interview coordination, and offer acceptance
• Solicit and follow up on referrals to expand your candidate network
• Coach and prepare candidates for interviews, providing professional guidance and timely feedback where we can
• In partnership with aligned Engagement Manager partners, ensure customer KPIs and SLAs are consistently met, including requirement response rate, time-to-submit, and fill rates
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our Applicant Tracking Systems
• Partner with internal teams (Engagement Managers, Operations, Sales) to solve problems and improve customer experience

Skills

• Approximately 2-3 years of recruiting experience
• Strong track record of high performance in meeting or achieving KPI's and other applicable Performance Metrics
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• (high-volume and/or IT specialized experience preferred)
• Associates' or Bachelors' degree preferred but not required
