Job description

Summary

Thomson Reuters is a global business that informs the way forward by bringing together trusted content and technology. The Associate Client Executive will manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts in the Small Government segment, aiming to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly sales targets and attainment requirements
  • Validate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive deals to close
  • Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies in conjunction with partner AE
  • Effectively forecast sales weekly while maintaining a clean SFDC pipeline
  • Conduct demonstrations to introduce and position new products/solutions effectively
  • Proactively monitor upcoming anniversary customers and identify at-risk accounts (e.g., identifying key triggers for accounts, running analytics reports, following established mitigation plan, and driving success)
  • Secure long-term revenue by targeting multi-year contract goals
  • Leverage/complement digital tools to drive highly automated and scalable interactions to support stretched coverage (e.g., digital Quarterly Success Review, auto-renewal contracts, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate with and work with partners to resolve unique customer issues
