Summary

Venture Home is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join its remote sales team. The role focuses on outbound phone sales, educating homeowners about solar benefits, qualifying prospects, and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.

Responsibilities

• Calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, qualifying them, and scheduling their free consultations for the outside sales team

Skills

• Only candidates located in the following states will be considered: **Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio**
• Proven track record: Minimum of 1-2 years of outbound calling experience
• Tech savvy + strong computer skills
• Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer
• Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance
• Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence
• Strong time management and reliable work ethic
• Please note that **weekend availability is mandatory** for both full-time tracks
