Summary
Vitu is a provider of Vehicle-to-Government technology and motor vehicle industry services. The Account Executive builds and maintains client relationships, trains dealership and TSA personnel, supports MVA transaction processes, monitors compliance, and provides responsive customer service and technical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Virtually train dealership and TSA personnel on the use of Vitu
- Meet virtually with dealership and TSA management to review processes and procedures pertaining to their MVA paperwork
- Monitor error rates, active user list, and approvals to ensure compliance with MVA's regulations
- Maintain a strong business relationship with key dealership and TSA personnel
- Provide Vitu/VITU support via phone, chat, and email as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support by being responsive and proactive to customer needs
- Client Advocate - Suggests improvements to the program on behalf of the client and addresses client issues and concerns
- Compliance - Ensure that the dealership/TSA is following MVA EVR procedures and regulations by conducting compliance audits
- MVA Support - The AE will be called on by clients to answer or find the answer to complex DMV issues
- Navigate a dealer's DMS to ensure that it is calculating DMV fees properly
Skills
- Experience with Reports of Sale and other related MVA documents for both new and used vehicles
- Experience with MVA accounting and bundle reconciliation
- EVR program knowledge (E-filing)
- Knowledge of MVA regulations pertaining to registration processing
- Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings
- Able to use various PC programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
- Able to effectively communicate with high-level executives
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Account management in a business-to-business environment is preferred
