Account Executive (Remote: North Carolina)

Summary

Vitu is a vehicle-to-government technology company that provides services for motor vehicle titling and registration. The Account Executive will build and maintain client relationships, provide training and consultation on state regulations, deliver customer support, and manage reporting and compliance activities for clients throughout North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Building customer relationships: + This includes Principals, GMs, GSMs, Finance, Corp Controllers, Title Clerks in dealerships + Act as client advocate for all products and services
• Deliver the highest level of customer service (white glove) to the dealer: + Prompt response to phone calls and emails + Problem resolution and troubleshooting + Being proactive in identifying and communicating needs + Arriving on time for scheduled appointments + Appropriate escalation and reporting of issues, including ownership and follow-up + Continual and follow-up training on an as-needed basis + Provide backup phone coverage during business hours and after-hours support on a rotational basis
• Deliver value by: + Proactive reporting and issue analysis + End-of-month financial reporting + Monthly review of volume + Regular review and action of all utilization dashboards + Ensure State compliance in all related areas + Managing Administrative duties as delegated by DMV

Skills

• DMV OR Dealership Title & Registration experience
• Excellent communication, retention, and training skills
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must
• Strong writing skills, and attention to detail
• Must be familiar with various DMS systems used by Vitu clients
• A clean driving record and current State driver's license is required
• Knowledge of State regulations pertaining to registration processing
• Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings
• Able to use various PC programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
• Able to effectively communicate with high-level Executives
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Overall happy and positive attitude
• Travel is required up to 150 miles, 4 - 5 days a week
• Account management in a business to business environment is preferred

• DMV OR Dealership Title & Registration experience
