Summary

Weed Man is a lawn care company seeking a Remote Sales Representative to support existing and potential customers. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, upselling, qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, setting proper expectations, and following company standards.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or Exceeding Weekly Sales Goals
• Up-selling Current Customers
• Qualify the prospect/Overcome Objections
• Provide proper expectations
• Adhere to all Company and Departmental Standards

Skills

• Must live in SC, IN, KY, FL, WV, AL, VA, MD
• Ability to use Computer Software Systems (CRM's, Dialer Programs, Google Business Suite)
• High volume inbound/outbound sales environment experience
• Weekend and overtime availability March - May
• High Speed Internet
• Webcam
• Noise Canceling Headphones
• Desktop/Laptop (**No Chromebooks**)
• Distraction Free Workspace
• REMOTE sales experience (highly desired)
• Experience with residential customers preferred
• 2 Monitors highly preferred
