The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to improve acquisition and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar channels
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, traffic, conversions, and other key metrics
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance and ROI
- Test different audiences, messages, creatives, and landing pages to improve results
- Work with content and design teams to develop effective advertising materials
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key findings to the marketing team
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform changes, and new acquisition opportunities
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, paid media, or a related field
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with marketing metrics and performance data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team
- Experience with SaaS, technology, AI, or digital products
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools
