Summary
Integra Healthcare Equipment provides essential medical equipment to nursing home and hospice patients across multiple states. The Recruiting Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, facilitate offers, and support the transition to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting process from approved requisition through offer and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, recruiting events, and community resources
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide hiring managers with qualified candidate recommendations and screening information
- Develop targeted recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill and high-priority positions
- Manage job postings and candidate activity within the ATS
- Facilitate offer letters and track required pre-employment requirements, including background checks, MVRs, drug testing, physicals, and TB testing as applicable
- Keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate statuses, and dispositions
- Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and community workforce partnerships
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience
Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and ATS/recruiting systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an HR team
- Experience with Paycom or another HRIS/ATS
- Experience recruiting for DME, medical equipment, or similar industries
- Experience recruiting for high-volume or hard-to-fill positions
- Experience with social media recruiting, job fairs, and community recruiting
- Familiarity with pre-employment screening and background check processes
- Experience tracking recruiting metrics
