Summary

The Implementation Specialist facilitates client onboarding, transitions clients from sales to fulfillment, configures systems and websites, provides training and support, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding
- Assist with project management tasks
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Warm transfer to their account manager
- Set up proper expectations with the client
- Provide customer service and technical support to customers through incoming calls, emails and chats
- Establish the career site to match the company website
- Ensure client's websites are all set up correctly
- Incorporate client forms and procedures seamlessly into their account
- Coordinate with sales and product teams
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports
- Develop and implement training sessions for new clients
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Test software applications and systems to identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other defects
