Job description

Summary

Relevate Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Human Resources team. The role manages full-cycle recruiting, sources and screens candidates, partners with hiring managers, develops talent pipelines, and ensures compliant hiring and selection processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth transition from offer to onboarding
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet organizational goals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team
  • Network and develop relationships
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods, traditional job boards, as well as innovative and creative methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone/virtual video screenings
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Build, develop, and maintain a pipeline of both passive and active qualified candidates
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Skills

  • * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • * Negotiation skills
  • * Experience with pharma and/or hiring for digital roles, technical roles a PLUS
  • * Ability to handle 15+ active requisitions simultaneously
  • * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • * Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • * Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • * Comfortable making decisions independently
  • * Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • * Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • * Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • * Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • * Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • * Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues ex:  LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor
  • * Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Dallas, Boston, Cincinnati, New Jersey)
  • * Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
  • * Travel may apply based on position
  • * Hours may vary based on position and location of client
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms
  • * 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
