Summary

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking an experienced, motivated Direct Hire Recruiter to join its growing team. The role recruits and places skilled trades and construction professionals in permanent positions, sourcing and qualifying candidates, presenting them to clients, and managing the interview and hiring process remotely.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for direct-hire positions within the construction and skilled trades industries
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Interview and qualify candidates based on experience, compensation, location, and career goals
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage them throughout the interview and hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades and construction professionals
• Follow up with candidates and clients to help move placements across the finish line
